Healthcare Leadership Architecture was founded by Tara Kitzke, a healthcare executive and Chief Nursing Officer with experience leading hospital operations, ambulatory surgery centers, leadership development initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and organizational transformation. Experience includes leading a Joint Commission survey with zero clinical findings, improving staff engagement and retention, and driving measurable improvements in patient experience.
